About Shelly Sherman, M.Ed., CSM, SHRM-SCP
President of SSCC and Principal Consultant, Shelly Sherman, M.Ed., CSM, SHRM-SCP, brings more than 30 years of human resources and business leadership experience to coaching and consulting. Her expertise is shaped by work across diverse industries, including healthcare, financial services, higher education, and consumer packaged goods.
Most recently, she served as an executive in the healthcare industry, where she led teams, drove organizational strategy, guided cultural transformation, and supported leaders through complex change. She has a passion for helping people reach their full potential, which prompted her to launch SSCC in 2025 to make a more personalized impact in that space.
Shelly’s approach brings together behavioral insights, organizational expertise, and a collaborative coaching philosophy to help individuals and organizations achieve clarity, improve performance, and move confidently toward their goals.
As a champion of education and professional development, Shelly holds a BA in Psychology from the University of Cincinnati and an M.Ed. in Human Resources Development from Xavier University. She is also certified by Symbiosis Coaching as an Executive Coach and a Life Coach, specializing in career development and transition, communication effectiveness, and conflict management. Additionally, she is a Certified Scrum Master (CSM), a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, and a Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) through the Society for Human Resource Management.
